Flakes

Dehydrated sprouts and the extracts, flours and flakes obtained from them are novel products without equivalents on the global market. The dehydration is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the proteins, minerals and vitamins inherent to fresh sprouts. Furthermore this approach increases the shelf life of sprouts to at least a year and a half.

Our newest products are flakes from rye, wheat, spelt and buckwheat. The produced flakes are fully natural and can be consumed directly as replacements of oats and other types of cereals.
